Grandview CEDC and its members work with individuals every day to help restore lives with home ownership opportunities. From veterans who are returning home from war, disabled or displaced, and to those who have suffered hardships or to those who simply haven’t had a place to call home, Grandview CEDC is here to help!

HOW WE DO IT:

Grandview CEDC relies on our members, individuals, corporations, foundations and government-supported programs to provide financial and in-kind resources necessary for Grandview CEDC to purchase and rehab residential homes. Grandview CEDC also relies on volunteers who are willing to provide labor and services to rehab the homes.
